Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, Ale! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed both our beautiful setting and the service at Hinton Park Woodland Burial Ground. We aim to provide a tranquil environment and compassionate care for all our visitors. We appreciate your kind words.I would like to extend my personal sincere thanks to the team for the care, respect, and compassion shown during the service for Tobias and Finley. From the outset, every member of staff took time to speak with us personally before the service started, ensuring families and friends felt acknowledged and supported throughout such a difficult day. A special mention must go to Jo, who took the time before the service to test and confirm the audio and visual memorial tribute. That attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly and allowed the focus to remain entirely on Tobias and Finley without concern for technical issues. This level of foresight and dedication went far beyond standard service delivery. I also want to acknowledge the setting in which Tobias and Finley were laid. Positioned to the left under the window, the natural sunlight gently illuminated them in a way that felt deeply fitting. The light, combined with the hedgerows and flowers outside, created a calm and natural backdrop that reflected the woodland garden style of memorial offered here. It felt peaceful, dignified, and in harmony with the surroundings. The overall experience was handled with exceptional professionalism and genuine compassion. It made a profoundly difficult day feel treated with care, structure, and humanity.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt review, Steve. We are truly honoured to have been able to support you and your family during such a difficult time. It's wonderful to hear that our team's attention to detail, especially Jo's efforts with the audio-visual tribute, contributed to a smooth service.
